Matt and I have worked together in numerous capacities for more than 25 years. He is thoughtful, dedicated and has a wonderfully dry sense of humor. I appreciate the calming effect Matt’s presence adds to the environment. As to work ethic, when he is really interested in a particular project, “gang-busters” is the phrase that immediately comes to mind.
