Hello! My name is Matt Wynn and I am a snowboard instructor in Windham, New York.
I have been teaching snowboarding since 1993 to clients of all abilities, from never-ever beginners to national racing competitors.
Like all PSIA/AASI certified instructors, I use various teaching styles to accommodate the different learning styles of my students. Going beyond the teaching standard, I use Kolb’s experiential learning cycle to help people rapidly advance and emphasize the open skills concepts necessary to be successful in the constantly changing mountain environment.
I have these certifications: AASI Level 1, PSIA Adaptive Alpine Level 2, and previously attained USASA Coach Level 200.

In 2021 my buddy Adam Dabonka was able to get some video of me riding at Belleayre and Windham and made this great edit. The first 2/3 is at Belleayre riding the Gnu Riders Choice and the rest is at Windham riding the Donek Flux – thank you Adam for the good times!
